2. Familiarity with analytics tools such as YouTube analytics or third-party platforms for tracking video performance.
3. creative thinking and the ability to contribute innovative ideas for video content and channel growth.
4. Excellent multitasking skills to handle various aspects of YouTube content management.
5. Team player mentality with effective communication skills to collaborate with the social media manager and other team members.
6. Pursuing or holding a degree in communication, digital media, marketing, or a related field.
7. Prior experience with video production, content creation, or social media marketing is a plus.
